Pomegranate processing equipment

Machines behind the juice

Inspect the equipment for fruit handling, aril pressing, juice separation, storage, evaporation, treatment and filling. Each machine has its own construction, connections and cleaning requirements.

01 / Fruit handling

Lift, wash and inspect incoming fruit before opening and aril separation.

Inclined conveying equipment showing the guarded transfer and access around the upper outlet.

Whole-fruit handling

Fruit elevator for the preparation area

An inclined belt carries incoming fruit between machines at different working heights. Its receiving section, retaining features and discharge arrangement connect the preparation area while keeping the fruit feed under control.

Stainless washing trough containing brush rolls under spray bars with orange nozzles
Brush and spray construction with access along the working bed.

Clean the fruit exterior

Brush and spray washing equipment

Rotating brush rolls and transverse spray bars work on the fruit surface inside a supported washing bed. The arrangement combines contact cleaning with rinsing before the fruit enters inspection and opening.

Long narrow flat-belt conveyor with stainless side rails, adjustable feet, a covered drive and separate control box
Flat-belt construction for manual inspection and material transfer.

Present fruit for selection

Manual inspection and transfer conveyor

A flat moving belt gives operators a defined place to examine the fruit and remove unsuitable material. The frame, work edges and speed are arranged around practical reach and the next preparation operation.

02 / Extraction & clarity

Press prepared arils, then select a separation route to suit the juice. Clarification methods are alternatives, not a compulsory sequence.

Continuous juice press with broad blue belts, multiple rollers, stainless frame, drives and collection components
Real belt-press construction showing the belt path and access around the roller arrangement.

Turn prepared feed into a juice stream

Belt press for prepared-aril juice extraction

Moving filter belts and a roller arrangement release juice from the prepared feed while carrying the retained material toward discharge. The pomegranate duty starts with accepted arils and a controlled feed, followed by separate collection of juice and wet residue.

Disc-clarifier installation showing the drive, enclosed bowl and liquid connections.

Remove selected suspended material

Disc-stack juice clarifier

A rotating disc-bowl assembly separates suspended material from the juice by centrifugal action. The clarifier is selected for the liquid after extraction and coarse material control, with a clarified outlet and a separate solids-removal duty.

Two arrays of horizontal tubular membrane housings connected by return bends, headers and pump pipework
Tubular module banks and their connecting circulation pipework.

A membrane route for selected juice specifications

Tubular ultrafiltration system

Banks of tubular membrane modules form a pressure-driven separation system for prepared juice. The passing liquid becomes the permeate, while retained material remains on the feed side and follows its own collection or recirculation route.

Installed vertical filter vessels with connecting pipes, a lower pump and adjacent enclosure
Filter-aid vessel arrangement with supply and collection pipework.

A separate polishing option

Filter-aid juice filtration system

A filter-aid system uses a selected porous filter layer to capture suspended material from juice. The vessel, liquid supply and filtrate collection operate through a defined filtration cycle, followed by removal of the accumulated material.

03 / Juice handling & treatment

Manage holding, air contact, evaporation and thermal duty as connected operations.

Rows of stainless process tanks with top drives, access lids, overhead piping and a central service walkway
Top-drive process vessels arranged with access for operation and service.

Organise the liquid between operations

Process and buffer vessels for juice

Process tanks provide controlled liquid inventory between extraction, clarification and continuous treatment. Agitated vessels can also serve a selected batch-processing duty, while buffer vessels manage short differences between incoming and outgoing flow.

Vertical vacuum-vessel skid with upper pipework, gauges, lower blue pump drives and a left-side control cabinet
Deaeration package with liquid connections, controls and service access.

An optional liquid-conditioning operation

Vacuum deaeration equipment

A vacuum vessel provides conditions for entrained and dissolved gases to leave the liquid. Product pumps, the gas-handling circuit and level control are coordinated so the treated juice can move to the following process at the required flow.

Industrial evaporation installation with tall vessels, steel platforms, large lower pipe connections and a circulation drive
Evaporation equipment with its surrounding structure and service access.

Remove water from a specified juice stream

Juice concentration by vacuum evaporation

An evaporation package supplies heat to the prepared juice, separates the generated vapor and discharges concentrate at the required condition. The selected configuration joins heat-transfer surfaces, vessels, pumps, vacuum and cooling services into one concentration process.

Workshop skid with horizontal tube assemblies, headers, a central vessel, valves and a right-side control cabinet
Tubular thermal equipment assembled with process pipework and controls.

Connect treatment with the required outlet condition

Tubular liquid thermal-processing system

The tubular system combines heat exchange, a selected holding path, cooling and product-flow control. It is configured for the actual juice or concentrate and the conditions needed by the next processing or packing operation.

04 / Filling & cleaning

Match the bulk filling interface and clean each closed circuit and open machine by the appropriate method.

Two filling-head positions beside a central control cabinet, with separate roller tracks holding blue drums
Two-position bag-in-drum arrangement with access for presenting and removing containers.

Pack the treated liquid ingredient

Aseptic bulk bag filling equipment

An aseptic bag filler joins a prepared filling head with the selected bag fitment to transfer treated juice or concentrate into its bulk package. Filling control and container handling operate within the defined product and sterile boundaries.

Three cleaning vessels on a common skid with lower pump and pipe manifolds, heating equipment and a right-side cabinet
Three-tank cleaning station with supply pipework and control equipment.

Serve the connected liquid circuits

CIP cleaning supply and return system

The CIP station prepares and circulates cleaning fluids through selected process equipment. Storage vessels, pumps, heating, valves and controls manage the supply and return while each connected circuit follows its agreed cleaning sequence.
