Describe the product before the equipment
Agree the intended appearance, suspended material, sensory characteristics and package. Use representative fruit and preparation rather than assuming one variety or maturity represents every batch.
Define how the juice will be evaluated after pressing and after downstream treatment. The two measurements help separate extraction effects from later changes.
Build a route around those requirements
Start with accepted arils and controlled pressing. Specify coarse-material control and liquid transfer, then consider buffer capacity, air management and the agreed treatment and filling route.
Clarification should have a specific product purpose. Installing a polishing or membrane step without a target can change the character the buyer intended to retain.
Compare a representative run
Record incoming arils, recovered juice, retained material and the relevant product measurements together. Include residence, interruptions and cleaning in the operating discussion.
A trial supports equipment selection; it does not establish a universal recovery or shelf-life claim. Agree the acceptance method and product boundary before comparing proposals.
