Pack the treated liquid ingredient

Aseptic bulk bag filling equipment

An aseptic bag filler joins a prepared filling head with the selected bag fitment to transfer treated juice or concentrate into its bulk package. Filling control and container handling operate within the defined product and sterile boundaries.

Match the physical filling connection to the bag

The bag fitment and filling head define the connection through which the product enters the package. Head access, bag support and the closure sequence must suit the actual bag rather than only its nominal volume.

Bag-in-box and bag-in-drum are different handling arrangements within the filling family. The pictured roller tracks show a drum route. A change in bag or container format can require a different head, support and handling scope.

Include container exchange in the effective filling cycle

Product transfer is one part of the cycle. Preparing the fitment, attaching the bag, closing the package and exchanging the container also take time and need practical operator access.

Two head positions do not by themselves establish simultaneous operation or an output rate. The selected operating mode, measurement system, pack size and product flow together determine the achievable cycle.

Specify the boundary from treatment outlet to the sealed bag

The thermal outlet, transfer circuit and filling head form a connected route. The product must arrive at the agreed condition while the selected preparation and sterilisation procedures establish the required filling environment.

An interruption needs a defined response for product, head and upstream equipment. A filler cannot compensate for an inadequately treated product or an unsuitable package. Finished-product storage life requires its own validation.

Leave service access around the filling positions

Head seals, product connections and the selected measurement components require inspection and maintenance. Provide room around the roller lanes so service and container movement do not compete for the same space.

The acceptance check should include repeated fill cycles, the agreed fill measurement, bag change and the selected cleaning sequence. Establish which parts join the closed cleaning circuit and which require direct attention.
