Connect treatment with the required outlet condition

Tubular liquid thermal-processing system

The tubular system combines heat exchange, a selected holding path, cooling and product-flow control. It is configured for the actual juice or concentrate and the conditions needed by the next processing or packing operation.

Arrange the heat-transfer path around the liquid

Product passes through the selected tubular circuit while heating and cooling services act through separate heat-transfer passages. The system drawing identifies where treatment is measured, where the holding path begins and how the outlet reaches the receiving equipment.

Cloudy juice, clarified juice and concentrate can differ in suspended material, viscosity and pressure drop. Select passages, pumping and heat-transfer duty for that actual condition instead of treating the three feeds as the same service.

Equipment-family configuration references

These references cover an equipment family. They do not mean that every combination is available on one unit or that a catalogue setting validates a finished product.

Define the product route during starts, stops and deviations

The normal production sequence links the measured treatment condition with product flow. The control scope should also establish what happens before that condition is reached, when a deviation occurs and when the receiving operation stops.

Any return, diversion or interruption response belongs in the configured valve and control sequence. Relevant records provide the basis for reviewing a run; a displayed temperature by itself does not describe the complete treatment history.

Carry the required condition into the filling connection

An aseptic bag route requires a suitable treated-product connection through the intervening pipes, valves and filling head. Preparation of that route and recovery after an interruption need to be defined with the thermal and filling equipment together.

Cleaning follows the product path through heat-transfer surfaces, holding pipework and valves. Deposit behaviour and the selected materials govern the procedure, with accessible seals and instruments for inspection. Product and package validation establish preservation requirements separately from the machine operating range.

Questions about this equipment and process

Can one time and temperature be specified for every pomegranate juice?

The required process depends on the product, its properties, package and storage conditions. Equipment adjustability is distinct from validating those conditions for a finished juice.
